Plastic raschig ring is the first generation tower packing. It is very popular in raschig rings field. Plastic raschig ring has a unique hollow cylindrical shape. Due to its simple structure and light weight, it is easy to manufacture and operate. Plastic raschig ring is characterized by large flux, lightweight and excellent corrosion resistance. It is fit for various stripping, degassing, absorption and distillation processes, extensively used in the petroleum industry, chemical industry, alkali-chloride industry and gas industry.

Plastic raschig ring may occurs uneven liquid distribution phenomenon. Compared with plastic pall ring, its mass transfer performance is not very good. This type raschig ring packing has low pressure drop and low energy consumption. It is widely applied in drying tower, absorption tower, cooling tower, washing tower and regeneration tower. Plastic raschig ring is available in different materials, wall thicknesses and diameters. Specifications can be customized according to your requirements.
